 We will be glad to accommodate your special event….birthdays, team celebrations, anytime fun time!

 

Packages

  Package A – Up to 8 Guests $200      (+2 guests at $5.00 each) 

  Package B – Up to 16 Guests $250    (+ 2 guests at $5.00 each)

  Package C – Up to 24 Guests $325

  Each party package includes tables and chairs, paper goods and cutlery, choice of two (2) drinks, party attendant, games and a birthday crown.

 

  Once your package is selected, you have the option to include up to two (2) guests at an additional cost of $5.00 per guest.  If more than two (2) guests attend, you are required to upgrade to the next package.

  Please note, the final count must be given on the day of deposit – seven (7) days prior to the event.

 

PAPER GOODS / CUTLERY

  We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.  We will provide tablecloths, napkins, plates, cups, and cutlery.  You are also welcomed to provide your own paper goods, cutlery, and decorations.

 

PAYMENT

  After booking your party date, a deposit of $100 is due in the form of cash or check.  Your party date is not made final until deposit is received.  The remaining balance must be paid in full the day of the event.

  Simply Sweet accepts Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

CANCELLATION

  There is a 48-hour cancellation policy.  Cancelling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event in order to receive a full deposit refund.  After 48 hours, in the event of severe, inclement weather (i.e. thunderstorms, lightning) refunds will be made accordingly.  After 48 hours, all perishable items ordered are non-refundable.

BOUNCE HOUSE – Payment & Cancellation

 After selecting your party date, a $50 deposit is required in order to secure your bounce house rental with an outside vendor.  Your bounce house rental is not made final until deposit is received.   

 

  There is a 48-hour cancellation policy.  Cancelling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event in order to receive a full deposit refund.  After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable but will remain on file for one year with the bounce house vendor and may be used at a later date.

 

JUST A NOTE…

  To ensure your allotted party time, please arrive at the location 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event.

  While on the premises, all children must remain within close proximity of the event.

  The parents of the party child and other guests are allowed to attend the party.

  Your event will have a Party Attendant who is responsible for setup, cleanup and serving the food and drinks.  Please address any questions or concerns to the Attendant who is available to help with all your needs.
